About Katharine

Katharine joined Coldwell Banker following a 14-year career in marketing and public relations, during which she worked at the vice president level. She brings her marketing skills and talents to the San Francisco real estate market, specializing in residential property. Highly motivated and dedicated to personalized service, Katharine works hard to exceed her clients’ expectations. 

During her first year in business, she was named Rookie of the Year. Since then, she has consistently attained Coldwell Banker's International President's Elite status. Last year, Katharine worked in 17 different neighborhoods in the city with 26 transactions for a total of $21 million of business representing buyers and sellers equally. This year she is ranked #4 in her office out of 80 agents. She was awarded #1 Listing Agent in March 2006 and #1 Buyer’s Agent in April and October 2006. 

Katharine is a Noe Valley homeowner, an active member and former board member of the San Francisco FrontRunners running club and co-founder of the San Francisco Sailing Team. She is also a member of the San Francisco Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Bay Area Career Women, and the Golden Gate Business Association.
